We have partnered with award winning individuals to return the Equestrian
Center to its rightful position as one of the South's best. Utilizing
the existing three barns, 18 stalls, outdoor and indoor arenas and
individual paddocks, we will have something for riders of all abilities.
Our Golden Retriever kennel will be home to at least one litter
of puppies per year. Located in the center of the lake front portion
of the property is a 4,500 square foot Lodge providing a gathering
place for residents and their guests for special
activities.

 We
offer all water related activities normally associated with Lake
Hartwell. Low Country Retreat is favorably impacted by the existence
of unusually deep water and a very close property line adjacent
to the lake. In addition to private slips for individually owned
boats, we will have a Community Dock which will house boats owned
by our Property Owner's Association. These boats will be available
for those not wanting the ongoing responsibility of individual ownership
but still desiring the pleasures of boating activities.
We have stretched the boundaries of what is currently categorized
as "family friendly" to a recreational lifestyle fully
accessible from toddler to great, great grandparent. We envision
