Mr. Joe Crosby

Mr. Angus Morrison is a corporate executive with over twenty-six years of finance, business and real estate experience. He obtained a Bachelors Degree and a Masters degree in Accounting from Florida State University. Upon graduation, he obtained his CPA certificate and began a 7 year affiliation with Price Waterhouse in the Firm's audit department. Subsequent to PriceWaterhouse, he joined The Dial Corp. Consumer Products group for 7 years, which included positions as Chief Financial Officer of the Armour Dial Canned Foods business and the Dial Soap business. For over 8 years, Mr. Morrison served as the Chief Financial Officer of National Vision, Inc., a publicly traded retail optical company with more than 500 retail optical locations, most of which were in Wal Mart stores. Currently, Mr. Morrison is a partner with Cottage Villages, LLC, which undertakes development of residential projects on and around Lake Hartwell.

Mr. Legrand Maness having worked for years in the antiquities & fine art business and being an interior designer with Tranquility Designs, Legrand Maness, Jr. started consulting real estate brokers, agents, and clients on staging and marketing. Seeing the need for a real estate agent who has the vision of what a piece of property can become or just how to market that investment to help secure a sale, Mr. Maness looked to the Athens Board of Realtors to help him secure the education to become a licensed agent. Take a person who loves beautiful fine things, add a talker and lover of people, combine knowledge and a love of the area, with a vision of possibilities, wisdom to put people in the right place at the prefect time and one will see results.

Mary Seger wasn’t born in the South, but got here as quickly as she could!  A native of Ohio, Mary lived most of her life in Maryland until her move to Oconee County twelve years ago.  She was formerly a Paralegal Investigator and managed a law firm for over nine years. Mary is the mother of five and grandmother of seven children, a member of the Lake & Mountain Quilters’ Guild of Seneca, enjoys gardening and boating.  Mary’s twelve years as a Realtor/Broker, her professionalism and extensive knowledge of the Upstate’s lakes, Jocassee, Keowee & Hartwell,  has assisted both buyers and sellers in achieving their goals of buying and selling real estate in one of the most beautiful areas of South Carolina.  Mary is a Top Producer and has worked with “Coach Joe” in several other successful ventures on Lake Keowee.

Mr. Larry Torrence is Managing Partner of Cottage Villages, LLC and has 34 years of experience in the second home development/marketing industry. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in marketing and has post graduate work at Farleigh Dickinson University. He is also a native of Hartwell, GA and brings an intimate knowledge of Lake Hartwell to our team. Mr. Torrence's previous involvement in projects range from Consultant to Partner and include The Wade Hampton Golf Club, Cashiers, NC; The Cedar Creek Racquet Club, Cashiers, NC; The Mid Ocean Golf Club, Padgett, Bermuda; The Golf Club of Georgia, Alpharetta, GA; Forest Creek Golf Club, Pinehurst, NC; Spring Island, Beaufort, SC; and Melrose Island, Hilton Head, SC. He has previously received national recognition for his efforts and has multiple national publications waiting to report on his latest concept for Low Country Retreat.
