The community will enjoy the benefit of community docks, which will house boats leased by our Property Owner's Association. The POA boats will be available for members who prefer to avoid the ongoing responsibility of individual boat ownership but desire to experience the pleasures of an evening cruise. The Community Docks will also provide full lake access for members with privately owned boats.
