Community Maintenance Schedule...


The Homeowners Association will provide an exterior maintenance program by a staff of full time and seasonal employees to insure that your time at Low Country Retreat is spent enjoying your lifestyle. A two person staff will reside on site. The Low Country Retreat Homeowners Association will maintain the following Common Areas:
  • The Lodge

  • The Equestrian Center

  • Landscaping around the Lake Front Cottages

  • Landscaping flower beds and improved ground areas along the driveway and within 30 feet of the Estate Lot Home

  • Equestrian and Hiking Trails

  • Common Areas, Meadows and Pastures

  • Community Docks and Beach area on Lake Hartwell

  • Golf course facility
